1. General Pricing Structure

  • All training services are offered on a per-session or package basis, tailored to client needs.
  • Rates vary based on session length, format (online/offline), and the number of participants.

2. Pricing Breakdown

  • Individual Coaching:
    • One-on-one sessions: Starting at ₹5,000 per hour.
    • 5-session package: ₹22,000 (10% discount).
    • 10-session package: ₹42,000 (15% discount).
  • Corporate Group Training:
    • Up to 10 participants: ₹30,000 for a half-day session (3 hours).
    • Up to 20 participants: ₹50,000 for a full-day session (6 hours).
    • For more than 20 participants, custom pricing will apply based on scope, location, and number of attendees.

3. Custom Workshops

  • Pricing for custom workshops, retreats, or specialized programs will be determined based on the following:
    • Duration of training
    • Content development requirements
    • Travel expenses (if applicable)
    • Number of facilitators required

4. Travel and Accommodation

  • For on-site training outside the city of [Insert your base city], travel and accommodation expenses will be charged separately.
  • A per diem charge may apply for each day the trainer is required to be on-site.

5. Payment Terms

  • 50% of the total amount is required upon booking as a deposit.
  • The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the training session or as per the agreed payment schedule for long-term contracts.
  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, cheque, or other agreed-upon methods.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the scheduled training date will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made between 7-14 days will incur a 50% charge of the total fee.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the training date will incur a 100% charge.

7. Discounts and Promotions

  • Early-bird discounts of up to 10% apply for bookings made 3 months in advance.
  • Long-term partnerships (6 months or more) will be eligible for volume-based discounts.

8. Additional Costs

  • Any additional resources, materials, or printed training content will be billed separately.
  • Special requirements such as external speakers or equipment rentals will also incur additional charges.
